HT-SAAE held the theme event of 100-member league construction to welcome the 21st anniversary of the company
The day May 28 was the 21st birthday of HT-SAAE.
On the weekend of May 25, staffs of HT-SAAE gathered in the Forest Manor in Sheshan and jointly organized an event of 100-member league construction with the theme of “Lover Building Spaceflight Dream, Arouse Passion and Create Future Together”. More than one hundred representatives from the company headquarters and SDAAC attended the event.
The event started with a brief opening ceremony, presided over by Xu Zhuo, chairman of the labor union and director of party work department. At the opening ceremony, Zhao Haiyan, deputy secretary of CPC of HT-SAAE made a pep talk. After 21 years of development, HT-SAAE has now stepped on the path to globalization. In the critical period of the reform and transformation with focus on the automotive thermal system, she, on behalf of the party and government leaders of the company, extended the most heartfelt thanks to the employers of HT-SAAE for their dedication and contribution over the years, and she also put forward further initiatives, hoping that all the staff could work hard together and have a greater achievement! Li Yimei, secretary of discipline inspection commission, announced the official start of the event of 100-member league construction.
Then, the event officially kicked off. The whole day was arranged with three major thematic programs --- Arouse Passion, pull together and Build Wonderful Future Together. The event broke the company and department restrictions, and all participants were divided into 8 teams through fun games. In the process of building a "team” from naming the team to drawing the team emblem, electing team leader, selecting team beauties and shouting slogans..., the participants further deepened their understanding of each other, broke the strangeness and established mutual trust.
The competition began upon the teams were built!
In the session of “Arouse Passion” in the morning, making full use of their initiative and imaginative power with the materials they got, the teams carefully created eight “racing cars” full of personality and each organized a creative “new car press conference”. There were press conferences in English up to the international standards and amusing “hot dance” of car models. After the intense straight-line and corner games, the “Orange Storm” team was leading.
In the session of “Pull Together” in the afternoon, team members once again did well in games. With wits and courage, they “drove” two yellow “canoes” together and raced to the finish line, fully showing the wisdom and strength of the teams. Finally, the eight teams completed one-eighth of the "Nazca Lines" respectively. When all the teams perfectly stitched together the paintings in their hands, a wonderful "blueprint" appeared.
After fierce competition, the “Sword” team finally won the champion of this league construction event with the first comprehensive performance ranking, and the company leaders awarded the trophy to them. They opened the champagne and celebrated the victory!
The success of the event builds a bridge for the staff of the company headquarters and SDAAC to deepen their understanding and enhance their feelings, while demonstrating the racing, enterprising and courageous spirit of the staffs of HT-SAAE and arousing their enthusiasm to forge ahead. In the critical period of reform and transformation, it is hoped that this event further enhances the cohesion and development ability of the company, and helps HT-SAAE set out for a higher and farther goal!
Besides, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of PRC and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the company, HT-SAAE has also carefully filmed "My Motherland and Me" flashing video and launched a series of activities such as the Fifth Micro Film Competition according to the development requirements of “three highs”. Wonderful events never end, please stay tuned!
